The Impact you will have in this role:
The US IT Talent Acquisition Team Lead is responsible for leading full lifecycle recruitment across DTCC's technology organization while serving as the strategic talent advisor for senior technology leaders. This role manages a portfolio of complex technology requisitions, executive searches, workforce planning initiatives, and talent acquisition workstreams aligned to business priorities, modernization efforts, and organizational OKRs.
This individual will lead executive searches for Directors, Executive Directors, Managing Directors, and other critical leadership roles.
The individual will lead a team of recruiters and sourcing professionals while driving hiring outcomes across Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Architecture, Digital Assets, Product Delivery, and Technology Leadership functions. The role combines operational leadership, executive recruiting expertise, talent intelligence, stakeholder management, and recruiting transformation initiatives.
The Team Lead is expected to operate as a strategic partner to Technology Executives, HR Business Partners, and business leaders by translating workforce plans into scalable talent acquisition strategies that support enterprise growth and modernization objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing professionals supporting technology hiring across the United States.
  • Establish recruiting priorities, workload distribution, and hiring strategies to ensure delivery against business hiring plans.
  • Manage recruiting capacity across multiple business units and technology portfolios.
  • Drive accountability for service levels, hiring outcomes, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Executive & Leadership Recruiting
  • Execute searches for Directors, Executive Directors, Managing Directors, and other critical leadership roles.
  • Develop targeted executive talent maps and competitor intelligence.

Technology Recruiting Strategy
  • Develop recruitment strategies for high-demand technology skill areas including:
    • Cybersecurity
    • Cloud Engineering
    • DevSecOps
    • Software Engineering
    • Data Engineering
    • Enterprise Architecture
    • Infrastructure & Platform Engineering
    • Technology Risk
    • Digital Assets and Emerging Technologies
  • Align recruitment plans with workforce forecasts, future-state skills, and organizational talent priorities.

Talent Intelligence & Workforce Planning
  • Partner with business leaders and HR to translate workforce plans into recruiting roadmaps.
  • Deliver market intelligence, compensation insights, talent availability assessments, and competitor analysis.
  • Provide recommendations regarding hiring location strategy, talent availability, and pipeline requirements.

Stakeholder Management
  • Facilitate intake sessions, talent reviews, hiring strategy discussions, and recruiting governance reviews.
  • Influence recruitment decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of Recruitment experience
  • 5+ years of technology recruiting experience
  • 3+ years leading recruiting teams.
  • Corporate Recruitment Experience

Preferred:
  • Financial services or fintech recruiting experience.
  • Experience supporting cloud transformation, cybersecurity, software engineering, or digital transformation programs.
  • Executive search firm or retained search experience.

Talents Needed for Success:
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting Director, Executive Director, Managing Director, or equivalent leadership roles.
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology organizations.
  • Proven success in sourcing passive executive and technology talent.
  • Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and HR leadership.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning and recruiting analytics.
  • Experience using talent intelligence platforms, labor market analytics, AI recruiting tools, and CRM technologies.
