Senior Requirements Specialist, TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Required, Herndon, VA
We are seeking a Senior Requirements Specialist. An active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Security Clearance is required.
Senior Requirements Specialist Responsibilities:
- Serve to maintain a strong awareness of technical trends in information technology, develop and maintain a strong awareness of on-going IT projects, and business unit requirements.
- Conduct discovery and analysis on a variety of business processes, policies, and issues.
- Generate recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, and other business and technical artifacts provided to senior level client personnel and technical leadership.
- Analyze user needs to determine functional, system, and data requirements for a wide variety of projects and highlight areas of improvement.
- Develop concept of new application features and define requirements including user stories supporting Agile development teams.
Senior Requirements Specialist Qualifications:
- An active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph Security Clearance is required.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience is required.
- 6+ years of relevant experience is required.
- Be able to apply the project management model (e.g. Spiral, Waterfall, Agile) selected for a given development effort; and provide analysis, design, development, deployment, and lifecycle support for innovative business systems and applications. Experience with systems engineering.
