DUTIES:



Coordinate information technology (IT) projects and system activities for various departments to improve IT functions and reporting capacity. Develop and update project plans for IT projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Develop guidelines for system implementation. Administer document and communication management IT systems. Monitor the documentation, development, testing, and project management of IT reports and applications. Develop budgets for IT projects. Review the processing of IT purchase orders and vendor invoices, including accounting and vendor management. Identify, review, and select vendors to meet project needs, and coordinate IT procurement, license management, inventory management (including shipping and receiving review with corresponding purchase order) of IT equipment within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Assess and provide documentation for IT audit and compliance requirements. Train users on applications. Test proposed IT solutions, policies, and procedures. Conduct basic helpdesk activities, including desktop support, networking, and storage. Evaluate utility of software and technologies within IT project management. Collect, process, and analyze data regarding client needs.


Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Analytics or related quantitative field. 5 years of progressively responsible experience using data analysis and business intelligence for reporting and functional requirements, documentation, development, testing, and project management of reports and applications for accounting, financial planning and analysis, supply chain, manufacturing, customer service, and human resources departments. 5 years of progressively responsible experience using SQL and data warehousing to test and verify reports and applications, and to design and analyze data requirements and security for reports and applications accounting, financial planning and analysis, supply chain, manufacturing, customer service, and human resources departments. 5 years of progressively responsible experience acting as financial controller for an IT department for budgeting, accounting, and reporting. 5 years of progressively responsible experience directing IT procurement, software license management, and receipt of material within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). 3 years of progressively responsible experience managing and providing documentation for IT audit and compliance requirements. 3 years of progressively responsible experience using MS SharePoint and Teams to administer document and communication management systems. Domestic travel required up to 15% of the time annually.
