Job description

ZimZee Recruiting is looking for an IT Project Manager for our Aviation client in Wichita, Kansas. This role will lead the planning, coordination, and successful execution of technology initiatives across the organization. The IT Technical Project Manager will partner with business leaders, IT teams, and key stakeholders to define project scope, establish priorities, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.


Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within an IT environment
  • Formal project management certification or training (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience leading complex IT projects from initiation through deployment
  • Strong project planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk mitigation skills
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience managing ERP-related projects, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) or Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Experience working within manufacturing environments

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives including software implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity projects, infrastructure upgrades, and enterprise system enhancements
