Job description

DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Project Administrator in our Carpentry Department in our Olathe, Kansas office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with project managers on all aspects of projects including processing project documents, project correspondence, and billing.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Set up and maintain files on sold projects
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress billings for current projects
  • Process project related paperwork to include contracts, subcontracts, lien waivers, etc.
  • Prepare project audits for management review at project completion
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Excel experience is required
  • Must be technically inclined with strong mathematical and reasoning skills
  • Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
