Advanced MS Excel skills are required. MS SharePoint competency is desired

Co-ordination - Seat Allocation and Onboarding

Problem solving - Assist in preparing presentations including updating and coordinating Power Point materials. Responsible for general administrative duties including the set up of calendar appointments, live meetings, and the maintenance of daily and monthly schedules. Organizing meetings and preparing meeting materials Incorporate all processes and procedures that support the project/program

Onboarding, Getting Access started, Laptop request

The Project Support Analyst will provide support to the Field Technology team initially through updating and organizing the customer relationship management database. Ongoing support will be provided through data entry and report generation using this internal CRM system. This position provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting a team who works directly with external clients. Additional responsibilities include, but may not be limited to gathering and providing information from other internal sources, websites and departments. Creating administering and providing survey analysis. Providing marketing support as needed for Field Technology team.

Coordinates and provides support for Continuous Learning & Improvement for Technology Transformation. Knowledge of Agile & Lean practices a plus. IT Background important. This includes: Event planning for transformation ceremonies - includes logistics, scheduling, supplies, slide decks, and other related responsibilities
