Mead O'Brien is seeking an assistant to support the successful execution of large customer projects from proposal through completion. This role serves as a key link between customers, sales, suppliers, and operations, helping ensure project requirements, schedules, documentation, and communications stay on track.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate project activities from order receipt through project closeout
• Manage project documentation, submittals, schedules, and customer requirements
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and operations personnel
• Track project milestones and help ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Review contract and project requirements to support successful execution
• Maintain accurate project records and customer information
• Facilitate communication among all parties involved in a project
• Assist in resolving customer concerns, warranty issues, and project-related questions
• Support continuous improvement of project documentation and processes
