Position Description:

UVS InfoTech is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of all services for UVS InfoTech s Federal Contract. This critical role serves as the primary hybrid/on-site leader responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, driving operational excellence, and acting as the key point of escalation for contractual and performance-related matters.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and program management expertise to support U.S Federal Government IT projects by diligently managing stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all services of IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract, ensuring timely, high-quality, and compliant performance.
  • Work collaboratively with Government Agency stakeholders, vendor partners, and internal teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities, enhance efficiency, and optimize service delivery.
  • Drive effective contractor performance through proactive monitoring, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Serve as the on-site escalation Point of Contact (POC) for all contractual, operational, and delivery-related discussions and issues.
  • Provide program-level oversight while delivering direct support for infrastructure-related operations.
  • Support the implementation of leading industry practices and lessons learned from commercial infrastructure improvement initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Active PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is mandatory.
  • Active U.S Government Clearance (L Clearance) or ability to obtain clearance is mandatory.
  • Proven experience managing Government Contracts or large-scale program-level oversight in a highly regulated environment.
  • Strong background in Microsoft and Infrastructure operations support (O365, Azure, Data Center. etc.).
  • Demonstrated success helping organizations implement leading practices and driving infrastructure and cloud improvement efforts.
  • Solid combination of business and technical skills with the ability to bridge strategic objectives and technical execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and escalation-handling capabilities.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Experience working with U.S Government is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-vendor environment.
  • Proven track record of driving efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
