IT PM Requisition
Responsibilities
Program Execution amp; Delivery
  • Plan, execute, and oversee all program activities across cost, schedule, and performance
  • Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Foster a test driven development (TDD) team culture
  • Ensure delivery of all task order requirements in accordance with PWS objectives
Leadership amp; Team Management
  • Lead cross-functional DevSecOps cybersecurity teams (engineering, cloud, cyber, and platform SMEs)
  • Provide technical and operational leadership across delivery teams
  • Foster collaboration and high-performing team culture
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as primary interface with Government leadership and stakeholders
  • Provide program status updates, metrics, and risk reporting
  • Align program execution with mission priorities and user needs
Risk amp; Quality Management
  • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance standards
  • Conduct program reviews and performance assessments
Continuous Improvement
  • Apply Agile, DevSecOps, and PMBOK best practices
  • Design, implement and report on metrics for compliance, quality, schedule, management for both customer and internal reporting by CLIN
  • Incorporate lessons learned and drive process optimization
  • Promote innovation and automation across the platform

Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
Experience
  • 10 or more years of IT program management experience
  • Five (5) or more years of DoD IT program management experience
  • Five (5) or more years of DoD cybersecurity experience
  • Proven experience managing large-scale development programs[JR1]
  • MS Azure cloud experience preferred
Certifications
  • PMP required
  • Agile/Scrum certification desirable
Technical Expertise
  • DevSecOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, cloud platforms)
  • Software factory / Platform One / DSOP experience highly desirable
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and cloud-native architectures
Skills
  • Strong leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts and priorities
  • Strong MS O365/Office skills
