Job description

We are seeking a hands-on, solution-oriented, and AI tech-savvy IT Administrator to manage and support our day-to-day IT operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless employee experience, maintaining secure infrastructure, and driving key IT initiatives such as SSO/MFA implementation, automation, and AI-enabled support capabilities. This role is expected to grow over time, with increased exposure to cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate is excited to expand beyond traditional IT administration into infrastructure and reliability engineering.

How you will contribute

IT Operations & End-User Support

  • Manage and maintain employee workstations (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and access issues
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve support efficiency and reduce manual workload
  • Ensure systems are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies
  • Evaluation/Implementation of new IT Support and Security related tools

User Access & Identity Management

  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding from a device and access perspective
  • Provision and deprovision accounts across systems and tools
  • Maintain and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and least-privilege principles
  • Support and administer identity platforms (e.g., Azure AD / Entra ID)

Networking & Infrastructure

  • Maintain and troubleshoot office and corporate network environments (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN)
  • Coordinate with vendors or ISPs for network performance and issue resolution
  • Ensure network security best practices are implemented

Microsoft Stack Administration

  • Administer Microsoft 365 environment including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Manage devices and policies using tools like Intune and Entra ID
  • Support endpoint security and compliance configurations

IT Projects, Automation & AI Enablement

  • Lead or support rollout of IT initiatives such as SSO implementation across business applications
  • Identify opportunities to implement AI-driven tools (e.g., AI helpdesk assistants, automated workflows)
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools to improve operational efficiency
  • Automate repetitive IT processes using scripting or AI-assisted solutions
  • Assist in automating environment provisioning and configuration
  • Contribute to standardization of system configurations across environments
  • Support CI/CD tooling from an infrastructure and access standpoint

Security & Compliance

  • Participate in PCI DSS and other compliance initiatives
  • Assist with audits, documentation, and evidence collection
  • Enforce security policies and support incident response activities
  • Running IT Training and Security awareness campaigns


What you bring to the table

Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID)
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
  • Experience with user provisioning, access control, and endpoint management
  • Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Comfortable using modern AI and Security Awareness tools and techniques (e.g., AI copilots, automation tools) to enhance productivity
  • Experience implementing SSO (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)

Preferred

  • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools (e.g., EDR solutions)
  • Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell or similar)
  • Experience evaluating or deploying AI-enabled IT support tools
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP exposure is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts (e.g., Terraform, ARM/Bicep)
