Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Develop technical project plans, processes, reports, and contract briefings.
  • Identify and track program action items while monitoring ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate project schedules and capture meeting minutes.
  • Provide program planning and coordination support.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings and presentations.
  • Assist the program sponsor with assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements.
  • Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) across programs, with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
  • Collaborate within cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Set priorities, implement tasking, and deliver outputs that comply with project schedules and standards.
  • Provide technical consultation, meeting coordination, and support for technical briefings

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Favorable Polygraph.
  • All positions are 100% on site.
  • Demonstrated experience in program planning and coordination support.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
  • Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.
  • Experience facilitating and supporting Agile (Scrum or Kanban) activities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
