As a Principal Technical Program Manager within the Brand Intelligence program, you will be responsible for improving the quality of underlying agentic solutions and drive initiatives to incorporate brand intelligence across Amazon. You will collaborate with partners across numerous domains including engineering, product, finance, business intelligence, and more. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, while working across teams within the greater Sponsored Products organization

You will not only help us deliver on our goals, but will also help shape our engineering vision and roadmap through active collaboration with our leadership team.

Key job responsibilities
- Own and operate the Brand Intelligence intake mechanism: evaluate new requests, help partners sharpen their proposals, scope solutions with internal teams, and drive prioritization decisions with leadership.
- Drive cross-org execution across SPB and partner organizations to deliver brand intelligence monetization goals, coordinating dependencies, and resolving blockers.
- Influence external partner teams without authority to align on shared goals and feeder commitments.
- Represent the Brand Intelligence Program in leadership reviews, authoring narratives that meet the bar for VP-level audiences.
- Define and scale program mechanisms that create leverage as the program grows.
- Review technical designs and trade-offs for brand intelligence-specific solutions, balancing near-term partner needs with long-term SPB architecture.
- Leverage GenAI technologies to automate and improve program operations.
