Description International Logistics SupervisorPurpose and Scope/General Summary: The International Logistics Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing international logistics team that oversees the execution of export shipments from the United States, including freezer appointments, drayage, transloads, and ocean bookings. This role ensures the efficient flow of products through the international supply chain by proactively identifying network constraints, implementing process improvements, and driving operational excellence. The Logistics Supervisor partners closely with Sales, Customers, Vendors, Business Analytics, and IT teams to optimize transportation strategies, improve system and data accuracy, manage costs, and achieve key performance objectives.
