What You'll Do:

IT Operations at CoreWeave is responsible for delivering a secure, reliable, and scalable technology experience for employees across the company. The team partners closely with Security, Systems Engineering, People Ops, and Engineering to support the full employee lifecycle while continuously improving reliability, automation, and operational maturity.

About the role:

As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and scaling CoreWeave's internal IT environment. This role blends hands-on end-user and systems support with automation, platform ownership, and process improvement. You will work daily across identity, endpoints, SaaS platforms, and office infrastructure, while contributing to repeatable, scalable solutions that support a growing, distributed workforce. This role requires strong technical depth, sound operational judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.

Who You Are:
  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in IT support or IT operations roles, preferably in cloud-native or high-growth environments
  • Proven experience administering identity and access management platforms (Okta or equivalent), including lifecycle automation and group management
  • Hands-on experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM platforms such as Jamf and Intune
  • Experience administering ITSM platforms (Freshservice or similar), including ticketing workflows, asset tracking, and automation
  • Strong understanding of user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, role changes, device provisioning)
  • Experience deploying and supporting VDI environments and end-user workstations
  • Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell; familiarity with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools for automation
  • Solid understanding of cloud security fundamentals, MFA, device compliance, and endpoint protection (EDR, email security, MDM controls)
  • Ability to troubleshoot across SaaS, endpoint, identity, and network layers
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for systems and operational procedures
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and provide occasional after-hours or weekend support for critical incidents
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting Kubernetes-based or containerized environments
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs or automation tooling
  • Knowledge of office network topology, hardware, and physical infrastructure
  • Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments

The base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
