Job description

Summary: The Kraft Group is seeking an Information Technology Intern in the area of: Helpdesk Support, System Administration, Security, NOC Administration and Network Engineering. The successful candidate will be working towards and advanced degree in a relevant IT discipline.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
  2. Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
  3. Organize and maintain IT resources
  4. Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
  5. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
  • Familiar with Java, .NET, JavaScript or HTML/DHTML and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as business dictates.
