Job Description Summary:

The Manager, IT Identification Administration and System Governance is responsible for managing the planning and implementation of identification and system governance related projects and team members that impact corporate revenue stream, customer facing functions, or critical internal functions. Executes operating plan for specific team. Develops and implements strategy and vision for the team.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

  • Oversees the planning and implementation of IT identification and system governance related projects that have an impact on corporate revenue stream, customer facing functions or critical internal functions. Manages project budgets, timelines, and risks.
  • Manage the execution and on-going day-to-day maintenance related activities of IT identification and system governance related initiatives & projects.
  • May assist senior manager and/or directors in the development of department budgets/plans.
  • Collects and reviews information for improvement initiatives related to identification and system governance
  • Coaches, mentors and develops team members through recruitment, hiring, development plans, performance management, career development, training to assure appropriate resources and minimize costs for completion of projects within designated time frames.
  • Manages outsourced services within project constraints. Supports directors to evaluates vendor performance, needs assessment, spend optimization, and risk management.
  • Manages internal ongoing second level support of existing applications/infrastructure, while being accountable to the business for overall support and business concerns and issues.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5-7 years of progressive IT experience within a related discipline.

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing projects.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
  • Knowledge of new technologies and trends in the retail, healthcare and information technology industries.
  • Experience communicating both verbally and in writing to various audiences.
  • Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.

Travel Requirements: (if required)

  • Minimal travel (0% - 5%) for business related purposes.

Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)

  • Master's degree.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Applicable IT related certification(s).

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Pay Range is $112,439.64-$187,406.90
