In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for employees across a global organization, providing technical support that keeps business moving. What You'll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for employees seeking technical support via phone, email, chat, and ServiceNow.
  • Resolve a wide variety of technology issues involving Windows devices, software applications, hardware, and user access.
  • Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools used across the organization.
  • Assist with password resets, account unlocks, user provisioning, and access-related requests through Active Directory.
  • Help users navigate an ongoing Microsoft 365 migration by providing setup assistance, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Investigate and resolve SAP-related issues, partnering with specialized teams when needed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by translating technical information into clear, user-friendly guidance.
  • Accurately document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and updates within ServiceNow.
  • Escalate complex technical issues while maintaining ownership and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuous service improvements within the IT support team.
What We're Looking For
  • A passion for technology and helping others solve technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, Customer Support, Call Center, or similar environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exposure to technologies such as:
    • Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
    • Active Directory
    • ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
