MMI Engineered Solutions is currently seeking an IT Systems Analyst to support and improve our business application systems. This role focuses on ERP support, reporting, database management, and user training, while working closely with teams across the organization to ensure systems run efficiently and meet business needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain business application systems including DELMIAWorks (ERP), EDI, financial, HR, and other internal systems.
  • Develop and generate reports using SAP Crystal Reports. 
  • Develop Business Intelligence (BI) Applications using Oracle SQL.
  • Manage and support ongoing IT projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
  • Train end users on applications and develop clear documentation and procedures. 
  • Perform database maintenance and support reporting and data analysis needs.
  • Evaluate business systems requirements and recommend internal or external solutions. 
  • Analyze reporting needs across departments and develop effective reporting tools.
  • Support and configure EDI systems to ensure business continuity. 
  • Assist with system evaluations including cost analysis and benefit estimates. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and IT standards. 
  • Provide general IT support including PC setup, Active Directory maintenance, and printer/phone troubleshooting.  
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Information Technology Director.
Required Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or 3-5 years of related experience and/or training on standard business operating systems.  
  • 2-3 years supporting ERP Systems, EIQ preferred. 
  •  Experience with SAP Crystal Reports 
  • Working knowledge of Oracle SQL and database management 
  • Previous experience with Cloud Environments, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and other business applications preferred. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts)
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
Work Environment: 
  • Office-based role with regular interaction across departments and plant operations
  • Approximately 25% of the time in the manufacturing environment - Following all safety and PPE guidelines.
  • Occasional hands-on support for hardware and user systems
