About The Role

The IT/ERP Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and managing information technology systems and networks within our organization. Ensure the functionality and efficiency of computers, internet, telecom systems by establishing protocols, providing technical support, and advising on IT choices. Helps internal and external customers with any software and hardware issues by troubleshooting and resolving IT functionality issues.

What You’ll Do

  • Install/configure/troubleshot software and hardware, including printers, and phones.
  • Provide technical support for internal and external customers.
  • Support all the departments in business process improvements, implementing best practices, and fully utilizing the ERP system capabilities.
  • Develop user-friendly functionalities based on the needs.
  • Write customized programs and scripts to enhance the ERP system.
  • Establish analytical production data reports.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
  • Manage and maintain the Cloud computing and on-premises Servers, domain server and Remote Desktop configurations.
  • Document the procedures for the use of ERP system.
  • Provide technical support and training for end-users.
  • Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, workflow automation, and overall business support functions.
  • Other duties and special projects as the need arises.

Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT or ERP coordination role, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, computer hardware, software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to mentor employees on technology adoption is a must.
Training amp; Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field or several years of IT-related work experience.
  • Working knowledge of C++, Python, XML, JavaScript and/or any other programming language a plus.
  • IT Support Professional Certificate a plus.
  • Microsoft certified solutions expert (MCSE) and/or Microsoft certified solutions developer (MCSD) certifications a plus.
  • Experience in MS SQL Server is a plus
  • Experience in ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) system is a plus.
