Ontic is looking for an IT ERP Systems Analyst to join our growing team. The IT ERP Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing Ontic's enterprise applications landscape, including ERP, warehouse management, and related business systems. This role serves as a key resource for maintaining system performance, supporting end users, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations. This is a remote position and will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure enterprise applications effectively support business objectives.

To be considered for the IT ERP Systems Analyst role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
3-5 years of experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing environment
Experience supporting enterprise applications and business-critical systems
Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and financial business processes
Experience with SQL query development and database concepts
Knowledge of ERP integrations, reporting tools, and application support best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service mindset and ability to build productive relationships across the organization

As an IT ERP Systems Analyst, you will:

Provide day-to-day support for ERP, warehouse management, and related enterprise applications
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues, service requests, and incidents
Support end users through training, guidance, and technical assistance
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability
Assist with system upgrades, patches, maintenance activities, and application enhancements
Support application configuration, security administration, reporting, and data integrity initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues
Monitor system performance and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation
Participate in ERP and enterprise application projects, including upgrades, implementations, and integrations
Gather and document business requirements and support solution design activities
Coordinate testing, deployment, and post-implementation support efforts
Develop and maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures
Generate operational reports, dashboards, and application performance metrics
Support change management, user adoption, and training activities associated with new system capabilities
Contribute to enterprise application roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives
