Job Summary:

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of technical inventory experience [strong hardware/software support]
  • Strong experience with formulas in Excel (or G sheets), such as V-lookup/X-lookup
  • Experience managing and tracking IT Hardware or procurement of hardware/software
  • Experience with data entry and ticketing systems (preferably JIRA)
  • Experience with physical counts/auditing of IT hardware
  • Excellent customer service and the ability to interact with clients
  • Must be able to lift/move 25lbs and be able to assist in unboxing equipment

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ZIP
  • Familiarity with CMDB
  • Vendor management experience
  • Software licensing/renewal experience
  • PowerShell experience

Day-to-Day

  • IT Asset Management Coordinator โ€“ this person will be joining the user technology deployment team who are responsible for supporting the 1,800+ users based in their NYC headquarters. Daily responsibilities will include:
  • Tracking entire life-cycle management for each asset in order to maintain warranty, refresh data and end of life data information
  • Submit purchase requisitions for laptop/desktop peripherals, coordinating with purchasing team and User Support manager
  • Process and coordination for all computer repairs with vendors
  • Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution
  • Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents
  • Physical counting/audits of all IT Hardware
  • Support for the IT Service Catalog for the company technology's implementation and upkeep
  • Incorporate unit costs and stock levels into Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models for business technology for all products and services
