Job description

 We are looking for amazing people who are excited about working with an amazing team, learning about baby products and going above and beyond to create magical experiences for parents. We would love to have you read through the job information and apply below!


Retail Associate Position


As a company our purpose is to enrich families' lives. On our retail team, you are at the forefront of creating magical experiences for parents. You will spend your time helping customers, learning about products, and helping our store run smoothly.


What’s Expected of our Team Members


Service that goes above and beyond the expectation of the customer, as well as providing parents with education and resources throughout their parenting journey are at the core of who we are at The Baby Cubby. Retail associates receive intensive product training, and are expected to utilize the expertise gained to actively aid parents in product decisions and create a positive shopping experience. Duties will also include cashiering and assisting customers over the phone.

Computer Skills: Familiar and comfortable using computers in general, proficient typing, spelling, and writing.  


Schedule/Expected Hours: 


We are looking for part or full time from 20-40 hours per week.  Our retail team hours are  Monday - Saturday 9 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
