The TechOps team supports wired and wireless networks, network security and monitoring, servers and virtualization, cloud services and applications, endpoint and telephone services, backup and disaster recovery, specialized theater and editorial systems, executive technology needs, and technology projects.
The TechOps Engineer is an infrastructure generalist with a primary focus on network operations and planning. The engineer designs, implements, monitors, troubleshoots, and documents the organization's multi-site wired, wireless, VoIP, VPN, and WAN infrastructure. • Experience administering Microsoft 365 and at least one major cloud infrastructure platform, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services, and supporting enterprise SaaS and collaboration services such as Box, Google Workspace, Zoom, or Slack.
  • Experience administering backup and recovery technologies, performing restores, troubleshooting backup failures, and participating in disaster-recovery testing.
  • Experience supporting EDR and endpoint-management or UEM/MDM technologies across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, including investigating alerts and coordinating containment and remediation.
  • Experience using PowerShell or another scripting language to automate administration, provisioning, reporting, monitoring, or remediation activities.
  • Experience using IT service-management and remote-monitoring tools to manage incidents, requests, assets, changes, and remote support, and maintaining clear technical documentation such as runbooks, standard operating procedures, inventories, and knowledge articles.
