As the Assistant Vice President, Information Technology, you will provide strategic leadership for one or more technology teams responsible for delivering innovative, secure, and reliable technology solutions that support EquiTrustโ€™s business objectives. โ€ข Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing Information Technology teams through coaching, talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement

Education

โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required

Experience

โ€ข Extensive leadership experience in Information Technology, including experience managing technology teams and enterprise initiatives
โ€ข Experience developing and executing IT strategies that align with organizational goals and business priorities
โ€ข Experience leading software development, application delivery, infrastructure, or enterprise technology organizations
โ€ข Experience within insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is a plus
