Description

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a strategic, results-oriented commercial leader to serve as Senior Director of Revenue Management. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing and accelerating revenue performance across the company's diverse portfolio of select-service, third-party managed hotels.


This role focuses on driving RevPAR index growth, maximizing owner returns, and building efficient revenue strategies tailored to high-volume, cost-conscious select-service operations.


This is an on-site position based in our corporate office in West Palm Beach, Florida. ย This position provides portfolio-wide leadership, strengthens execution at the property level, and ensures consistent, high-impact revenue practices across a group of managed assets.

Requirements

ย Portfolio Performance and Market Share Growth

  • Drive RevPAR index growth and market share gains across multiple markets and brands
  • Identify underperforming hotels and implement quick-turn, high-impact recovery strategies
  • Focus on ADR optimization, mix shift, and demand captureย 
  • Establish clear performance targets and accountability across the portfolio

Commercial Executionย 

  • Lead alignment between revenue, sales, and digital marketing to maximize demand capture
  • Optimize channel mix with a strong focus on direct bookings and cost control
  • Manage OTA and brand.com strategies to improve profitabilityย 
  • Ensure disciplined execution of pricing, inventory, and overbooking strategies

Supporting Third-Party Managed Hotels

  • Provide strategic oversight to property and regional revenue leadersย 
  • Influence decision-making across a portfolio and varying ownership priorities
  • Act as the escalation point for complex pricing and displacement decisions
  • Ensure each hotel executes consistent revenue fundamentalsย 

Owner Relations and Value Creation

  • Partner with ownership groups to present performance insights, strategy, and growth opportunities
  • Demonstrate clear ROI from revenue strategies in a third-party management structure

Job Requirements

  • Current Revenue Management experience and brand certification in Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt brands requiredย 
  • Proven success in a third-party management company environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive RevPAR index growth across multi-property portfolios
  • Strong understanding of select-service operating models and cost structures
  • Ability to influence property teams without direct reporting authority
  • Advanced knowledge of RMS, distribution channels, and pricing strategy
  • Speed and consistency of execution across managed hotels
  • Exceptional communication ability
  • Occasional travel required
