Primary ResponsibilitiesThe IS Manager is a strategic business partner responsible for all IT activities at Lafayette plant. This position is the liaison for all IT pillars to Plant Operations, representing One IT, and includes direct- and dotted-line reports in a matrix organizations
The successful candidate will lead through their actions and has the skill to bring sense of urgency and change management to a growing and dynamic business.
Partners with the Business Unit IT Director to develop and oversee execution of IS strategy for the business. This role also aligns with Arconic COEs, the Technical Center, and Manufacturing Solutions to support overall deployment of standard solutions.
Provide ongoing technical and leadership expertise including growth and scalability requirements, for the delivery of Oracle e-business suite, business applications, document management, data warehouse, process network and end user computer needs
Ensure high availability and redundancy for these business-critical systems. Maintain disaster recovery planning and testing for critical business systems
Drive and align innovative enterprise-wide infrastructure and application solutions, encompassing physical, virtual, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, and hybrid environments.
Development and enhancement of standard operating procedures and processes, using configuration management, source code control, asset management, systems monitoring and other tools to ensure reliable delivery of information technology.
Ensure compliance to SOX and corporate audit procedures.
Manage vendor relations ensuring optimal service and cost efficiency.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with all stakeholders; internal and external customers, vendors, other IS professionals, Managers, CIOs analysts, and GBS/GBS-IS management.
Be hands on leader and grow the strength of the IT team over time with development opportunities resulting in pipeline of talent for succession planning.
Maintain and publish metrics highlighting operational efficiencies of IT services.
Provides work direction to multiple coordinated teams and large-scale, high-impact and/or Global Multi- Million Dollar projects, executing in adherence to budget, schedule, scope with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Plan and manage IT budgets demonstrating understanding of the financial processes.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 7 years of experience working in information systems or technology
Minimum 7 years of experience in a position of leadership/influence (defined as having direct reports, matrix reports, or being a team lead on projects).

Preferred Qualifications:Broad range of knowledge across Oracle's Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) and experience working with in a manufacturing facility.
Experience of Microsoft SQL Server database, IIS and associated technical architecture
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Knowledge of Oracle database, WebLogic, Oracle Forms/Reports, PL/SQL, and SQL, Visual Basic, .Net and Java applications
Knowledge of governance and change management procedures in an IT environment.
Experience working in a matrix organization.
Knowledge of dealing with defense/ government regulations regarding data and systems management
Broad range of knowledge in process computing environment with software suites including Rockwell
FactoryTalk, OSIsoft PI, Kepware Middleware, Jboss, SharePoint
Knowledge of security methodologies, policies, standards, and best practices, including firewall rules, Active Directory, and row-level security
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
