* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field. * SAFe RTE certification required. * Minimum of 12 years of experience in software development, program management, or large-scale system integration projects. * At least 5 years of direct experience serving as an RTE, PM, or in an equivalent leadership role in a SAFe environment on large-scale Agile implementations. * Demonstrated experience managing or facilitating multiple Agile teams within an ART or Solution Train environment. * Experience supporting ERP systems or other large-scale Federal IT programs * Proven track record in multi-vendor, large Federal program delivery, including risk management, cross-contract coordination, and scaling Agile practices. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
