Job description

We are seeking an experienced IP Docketing Paralegal and an attorney support Patent Prosecution Paralegal..

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain patent prosecution dockets and USPTO deadlines.

  • Review USPTO correspondence and identify critical filing deadlines.

  • Generate, maintain, and update docket reports and database records.

  • Support attorneys with patent prosecution matters and administrative filings.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with docketing procedures and firm protocols.

  • Coordinate multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.

  • Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of IP docketing experience, preferably in a law firm.

  • Extensive patent prosecution paralegal experience required.

  • Strong understanding of USPTO patent prosecution processes.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and docketing/database systems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Technical background or formal technical training is a plus.

  • Must reside in Texas.
