  • Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle Maintenance Cloud / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementations
  • Bridge functional strategy and technical architecture
  • Own the overall solution blueprint from discovery through go-live
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on EAM modernization and asset lifecycle strategy
  • Provide guidance on cloud transformation initiatives
  • Own overall solution architecture for Oracle Maintenance Cloud (EAM) implementations, including integration landscape, data migration strategy, and extension design
  • Lead discovery workshops with operations, maintenance, and IT stakeholders, define future-state asset management processes
  • Produce and govern key architecture deliverables including solution design documents, integration architecture diagrams, data migration strategy, and gap/fit analysis
  • Define technical approach for integrations between Oracle EAM Cloud and adjacent systems including ERP financials, IoT platforms, CMMS, procurement, and inventory systems
  • Guide configuration decisions across maintenance work order management, asset hierarchies, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and meter-based scheduling
  • Provide technical oversight of RICE/CEMLI objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Localizations
  • Act as escalation point for complex functional and technical issues during implementation and hypercare
  • Lead executive presentations and steering committee updates
  • Mentor functional consultants and junior team members

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of Oracle EAM/Maintenance experience, including both EBS eAM and Oracle Maintenance Cloud (Fusion)
  • At least 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud EAM implementations in an architect or lead role
  • Deep expertise in asset lifecycle management, work order management, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, and MRO procurement
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud integration patterns, including REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Experience with data migration tools and approaches, including FBDI, ADFDI, and SmartView
  • Experience in asset-intensive industries, including utilities, manufacturing, oil and gas, facilities management, transportation, and relocation/logistics
  • Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain or Maintenance Cloud
  • Experience with IoT-driven predictive maintenance integrations
  • Familiarity with Oracle modules including Inventory Management, Procurement, Fixed Assets, and Project Costing
  • Experience with EBS eAM to Cloud migration engagements
