Welcome to Love's: At Love's, our Invoice Verifier plays a crucial role in reviewing and verifying the validity of freight invoices, bills of lading (BOLs), and rate confirmations sheets. This is a full time position, 40 hours per week. Typical work hours will be Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and working overtime may be required depending on business need. The position is located at Love's corporate office in Oklahoma City.

Job Functions:

  • Review bills of lading (BOLs) and invoicing for accuracy and validity.
  • Contact customers to verify the validity of bills of lading and rate confirmations.
  • Communicate with customers and team members.  
  • Handle additional duties as needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years' experience in transportation (trucking), billing, invoicing, banking, or customer service environment preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the trucking industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
