Invoice Processing Assistant

Promontory Club – Park City, Utah
 

Promontory Club is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Invoice Processing Assistant to support both our Golf Operations and Golf Course Maintenance departments.
The primary responsibility of this position is processing vendor invoices and maintaining accurate records to ensure invoices are entered correctly and submitted in a timely manner. No previous experience is required—we will train the right person.

Position Details
  • $22.00 per hour
  • Full-time through the end of the golf season
  • Opportunity for part-time work during the winter months
Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices for Golf Operations and Golf Course Maintenance
  • Review invoices for accuracy before entry
  • Maintain organized invoice and billing records
  • Communicate with team members regarding invoice questions or missing information
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
