  • Help plan and execute engaging, well-organized Marketing and cross-functional team update meetings that build alignment, momentum, and connection.

Systems, Process & Team Support

  • Serve as a key administrative and operational user for Marketing systems and tools (e.g., SharePoint, project tracking tools, or content platforms as applicable).
  • Support onboarding and training logistics for new Marketing team members.
  • Help establish and maintain organized, scalable processes to support a growing Marketing organization.
  • Act as a flexible resource across Marketing projects as priorities evolve.

Education and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in an administrative support, marketing coordination, or hybrid role; experience in life sciences, biotech, or a regulated environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders with complex scheduling and administrative needs.
  • Interest in marketing and commercial coordination, and execution; prior exposure to marketing, communications, or commercial teams is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, anticipatory mindset and ability to follow through with urgency and accountability.
