POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you a compassionate, dependable individual looking to make a real difference in someone's life?
We're hiring Live-In Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care, support, and companionship to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Support individuals with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, etc.)
  • Assist with medication administration
  • Drive individuals to appointments, social activities, and community outings
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and positive living environment
  • Document services provided and monitored progress toward individual goals
  • Be a role model and advocate for independence and dignity

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours and live on-site during scheduled shifts.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Experience with 6400 regulations is a plus
  • Successful completion of motor vehicle records and background check.
