POSITION OVERVIEW
The Corporate Governance Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing policy and procedure management activities, contract lifecycle, risk management and leading compliance auditing and audit readiness for InVision Human Services. This role supports the organization's mission and operational goals by ensuring that the organization meets legal and regulatory requirements while safeguarding its mission, reputation, and stakeholder trust by managing payer, provider, vendor, and service agreements; monitoring contract performance; conducting compliance audits and ongoing monitoring activities; supporting regulatory and accreditation readiness; maintaining policy and procedure infrastructure; and driving continuous improvement across programs and administrative functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the contract lifecycle of payer, provider, vendor, and service agreements, including files, tracking systems, renewals, deliverables, payment terms, reporting obligations, and contract performance.
  • Develop and implement compliance audit plans based on regulatory, contractual, operational, documentation, and risk priorities.
  • Conduct routine, targeted, and follow-up audits to assess compliance with laws, regulations, payer requirements, internal controls, policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Maintain audit workpapers, evidence files, issue logs, findings, recommendations, and documentation to support regulatory readiness and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate internal controls, processes, and documentation practices; identify risks and trends; and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Track audit findings, monitor corrective action plans, validate remediation, and escalate unresolved or high-risk issues as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with leadership, operations, finance, programs, and external partners to align contracts and practices with strategic, operational, and compliance priorities.
  • Develop and maintain risk management processes, audit protocols, and performance monitoring systems that support quality, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Track, analyze, and report quality, audit, compliance, and contract performance metrics, trends, findings, and risks to leadership.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and support implementation through audit priorities, documentation review, staff guidance, and process improvement.
  • Support licensing, certification, accreditation, payer review, and regulatory audit readiness by maintaining documentation, coordinating responses, and validating remediation.
  • Lead policy and procedure development, review, revision, standardization, version control, ownership, approval workflows, communication, and staff access.
  • Review policies, procedures, workflows, and supporting documentation for alignment with contractual obligations, audit expectations, quality and compliance standards, and applicable requirements.
  • Investigate contract, compliance, audit, or quality concerns; identify root causes; and implement corrective and preventive actions with stakeholders.
  • Provide training, guidance, and technical assistance on contract requirements, documentation expectations, audit readiness, quality standards, compliance practices, and policy changes.
  • Promote accountability, person-centered service, continuous learning, assurance, and quality improvement across InVision Human Services

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or public administration, quality management, human services, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in contract management, compliance, audit, policy assurance, healthcare administration, or human services operations.
  • Experience in a nonprofit, regulated environment with strong accuracy, accountability, internal controls, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, investigative, problem-solving, written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data tracking, audit tools, or contract management systems preferred.

Preferred:
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Human services, healthcare, payer, provider, and vendor relationship management experience
  • Ability to interpret contracts, regulations, policies, audit findings, and performance data into practical recommendations and action plans.

Working Conditions/Reporting Relationship:
This position works in Wexford, PA. office, and may require occasional travel to program locations or other InVision sites. The position reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and supports the organization's quality-related functions as assigned. The role requires the ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, manage multiple priorities, and uphold InVision Human Services' standards for compliance, quality, and service excellence.
