Company: The Investor’s Edge

Help People Change Their Lives—And Change Yours in the Process

At The Investor's Edge, we don't just sell programs. We open doors.

For 20 years, we've helped thousands of everyday people achieve something they thought was out of reach: true financial freedom through real estate investing. No gimmicks. No false promises. Just honest education, real strategies, and life-changing results.

Our mission is simple: Help people create their best life through financial freedom.

And we need passionate, skilled closers to help us expand that mission during our highest-intent hours: evenings and weekends.

This role is for someone who:

  • Believes in what they're selling
  • Understands that sales, done right, is about serving people
  • Wants to earn well while making a genuine impact

What you'll do: You'll have meaningful conversations with people who are ready to invest in their future. These aren't cold calls—they're pre-qualified appointments and live transfers from people actively seeking what we offer. Your job is to guide them, answer their questions, and help them make the decision that's right for them.

What you'll earn: A $36,000 base salary for stability, plus uncapped commissions that have our current team averaging $100K-$150K+ annually. Top performers exceed $129,000. This is a career, not a gig.

What we offer: Complete work-from-home flexibility, full benefits (health stipend, company-paid vision/dental/life insurance, 401k matching, mental health support), and a culture built on integrity. We've been named a Top Workplace because we actually care about our people.

What we need: 2+ years of B2C high-ticket phone sales experience, CRM proficiency, and a proven track record closing $3K+ programs. You must be self-driven, coachable, and aligned with our values.

Hours:

Your Schedule (MST):

  • Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM  Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage.  If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
  • You’ll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • You’ll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.

You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into  11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.

When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.

If making $100K+ while helping people achieve their dreams sounds like the career you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
