At The Investor's Edge, we've spent 20 years building something different: a company where high performers can earn $100K-$150K+ annually without sacrificing their personal lives. Our evening and weekend sales team works when leads are hottestand during downtime between calls, your life is yours.


Here's how it works:

You'll work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule (so you always know when your days off are). You'll take pre-set appointments and live-transfer calls from people who are actively interested in real estate investing. You'll close high-ticket programs. And you'll get paid well$36K base plus uncapped commissions.

Most importantly? You'll have time. Time between calls to live your life. Time to be present with the people you love. Time to build the lifestyle you actually want.


What we're looking for:

Someone who's already proven they can close. 2+ years of B2C high-ticket phone sales experience. CRM skills. A track record with $3K+ programs. And the discipline to work remotely without losing focus.

Hours:

Your Schedule (MST):

  • MonThu: 12:00 PM 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • SatSun: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
  • Youll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • Youll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.


Youll typically have2535 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.


When not on a call, your time is flexible you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.
