Job Responsibilities & Requirements

  • The Investment Services Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Investment Consultants and wealth management team
  • This individual manages referrals, schedules client appointments, and processes client money movement requests such as deposits, withdrawals, wires, and journal entries
  • This individual also supports account opening and maintenance, prepares required forms, and follows up on client inquiries to ensure timely and accurate service
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, college degree preferred
