Job Description
The Investment Analyst will play a key role in supporting Pacific Hospitality Group's investor relations, asset management, and financing initiatives. As part of the Capital Markets & Investments team, this position will work cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and Legal to support asset oversight, refinances, lender and investor reporting, and new investment underwriting.
This role is designed for a high-performing analyst seeking meaningful exposure to capital structuring, asset-level strategy, and investor engagement within a vertically integrated owner/operator platform.
What You Will Accomplish
  • Support execution of debt originations and refinances across the portfolio, including lender outreach, underwriting analysis, and financing presentations
  • Assist in preparing investment memorandums, equity decks, and investor reporting packages
  • Contribute to asset-level performance analysis and strategic decision-making
  • Maintain and enhance investor reporting schedules and performance summaries
  • Build and refine financial models for acquisitions, refinances, developments, and portfolio analysis
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts with legal, accounting, and third-party consultants
  • Support quarterly and ad hoc investor communications
  • Monitor compliance with loan covenants and lender reporting requirements
  • Conduct market and capital markets research to inform financing strategy
  • Take initiative in solving complex problems by independently researching, analyzing, and presenting thoughtful solutions

What You Will Bring
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance, real estate, asset management, private equity, or related field
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and hotel-level operating metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively with lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and ownership mindset, with a demonstrated ability to independently research issues, connect dots, and propose actionable solutions

Great If you have
  • Hospitality or hotel asset management experience
  • Exposure to debt placement or refinancing processes
  • Experience preparing investor reporting packages
  • Knowledge of loan documents, term sheets, and covenant structures
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, including building or utilizing Custom GPTs, automating reporting processes, or streamlining financial analysis tasks
  • Demonstrated curiosity around emerging technologies and process optimization
