Reports to: Property Manager

Location: Moore, OK

Units:  315

Salary: $17.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Housing Benefit: 25% rent discount for onsite living

National Property Management Associates Inc. (NPMA) is hiring for a professional Housekeeper to preserve and maintain a clean and attractive appearance of our Class A, 315-unit residential apartment community, located in Moore, OK.  NPMA is a well established and growing national property management company that has been in business for over 60 years and values integrity and teamwork!

In this position you will be responsible for carrying out cleaning and light maintenance duties of the property with the goal goal of keeping our property in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
  • Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs
  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
