Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Property and Asset Control Support Person - Level 2 or 3, to join our team in Carson and Redondo Beach CA. This individual will perform multiple functions including contract property closeout, physical inventory, records management as well as reporting for certain programs.

This position can be filled at either a Level 2 or 3.

In this job, you will:

  • Receive material and tagged assets.
  • Perform reconciliations.
  • Provide various material and tagged asset reports.
  • Maintain records of property owned by government, company, and associate contractors in accordance with company procedure or government regulations.
  • Coordinate with other NG departments to ensure the timely closeout of property.
  • Maintain records and logs of property received, transferred, allocated, held and disposed.
  • Conduct physical inventory.
  • Perform property record reviews and inventory updatesin property database system.
  • Interact frequently with both internal and external customers.
  • Assist with property audits and Contractor Self-Assessment activities.
  • Additional tasks/assignments may be given to assist other team members as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Level 2: High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of additional education and/or related warehouse experience.
  • Level 3: High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of additional education and/or related warehouse experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • NPMA Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM).

Primary Level Salary Range: $43,400.00 - $72,300.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $51,400.00 - $85,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
