We are a Tax Resolution firm located in Irvine. We are seeking for an ideal candidate for our Tax Resolution Case Manager Assistant in supporting our team. This is an entry level role ideal for someone looking to begin or grow a career in the Tax Field. The Case Manager Assistant plays a key role in supporting case managers and Enrolled Agents by handling administrative tasks, maintaining case organization, & assisting with client communication throughout the Investigation Process.     
Bilingual - Spanish / English (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Enrolled Agents with day to day pre investigation process case support & file management.
  • Organize and maintain case files, correspondence and documentation. 
  • Update case notes while maintaining accurate records. 
  • Request & follow up on records & documents per client information.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information provide updates & ensure required documents are received. 
  • Coordinate internal tasks and deadlines to support timely case progress. 
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

Experience:
  • Reliable, punctual & accountable with a strong work ethic. 
  • Proficient with Google Excel, Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced deadline environment. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, Enrolled Agents & staff. 
  • Comfortable handling sensitive & confidential information with discretion.
