We are hiring an HR Generalist for a Manufacturing company in the Inland Empire.

Location: Inland Empire, CA

Salary: $70,000-90,000K doe

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will partner with employees and management on HR policies, employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations and HR administration.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new-hire orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Administer benefits, leaves of absence, and employee programs.
  • Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and California employment laws.
  • Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
  • Assist with training, company policies, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel files.
  • Partner with management to address employee questions and HR-related issues.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Manufacturing or Aerospace experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR practices.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with employees at all levels.
