Job Description

The role:

Invesco's Chief Communications Officer (CCO) is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Analyst with the ability to support broad operations of the global Corporate Communications function. This position will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support for the CCO as well as coordinating various projects with the broader team to maintain efficient operations throughout Corporate Communications. This position will work closely with Media Relations, Internal Communications, and Social Media functions globally, and will liaise directly with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Support CCO's day-to-day administrative needs including calendar management, expense reporting, and travel arrangements.
  • Support operations of the global Corporate Communications function including project management, maintaining status and results reports and presentations, and maintaining project calendars.
  • Engage with external vendors, Procurement, and Finance colleagues on contracts and budgets.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support for other team members.

Requirements of the role:

  • 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience supporting teams and crossfunctional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, timemanagement, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint with experience creating and maintaining reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating projects, events, and large meetings, including support for external stakeholders.
  • Ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience partnering with Communications teams a plus.
  • Selfstarter with strong attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive mindset when managing changing priorities.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior leaders and global colleagues; bachelor's degree preferred and desire to learn and grow in the role.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000/ year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
