Our 9-week Summer Internship Program offers you the opportunity to work within our Financial Planning and Analysis team, supporting competitive analysis, financial reviews, and market trend reporting.

As part of our Summer Internship Program cohort, you'll participate in orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You'll work side by side with talented teams to learn about the business and contribute to meaningful initiatives that shape our Financial Planning and Analysis strategy.

If you enjoy analyzing data, researching competitors, and creating impactful presentations, this role offers a unique opportunity to apply your skills in a dynamic environment. You'll help deliver insights that influence strategic decisions and enhance our competitive positioning.

What you'll do

  • Prepare competitor summaries:

    • Create one-page PowerPoint presentations following competitors' quarterly earnings releases

    • Summarize competitors' earnings calls

    • Outline strategies of Invesco's direct competitors and present findings in PowerPoint

  • Assist with financial reviews and analytics:

    • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly analytics on Invesco's business (Net Sales, AUM, Product Performance)

    • Produce index provider analytics on asset levels, revenues, and expenses

    • Generate weekly and monthly market trend analyses outlining global financial market performance

  • Support ad hoc projects:

    • Reconcile invoices associated with the business to enhance internal reporting

    • Research fee cuts across the industry and assess their impact on AUM

    • Partner with departments across the business to deliver insights on ETFs, Indexed Strategies, and SMAs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by summer of 2028

  • All majors welcome with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering or Mathematics

  • A demonstrated interest in finance, financial planning, or analytics

  • Must be able to work in one of Invesco's offices where the program is available

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Invesco will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT)

  • Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended
