Job Description

The Department:

Invesco's Internal Consulting team acts as a trusted advisor and transformation partner to senior leadership and business units. The team combines structured problem-solving with deep institutional knowledge to deliver high-impact change initiatives that align with the firm's strategic priorities. Our work spans operating model design and implementation, operational efficiency, regulatory readiness, digital transformation, and large scale enterprise transformations.

The Role:

As a Senior Principal Consultant, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-impact consulting engagements across Invesco. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement business and technology solutions that drive strategic outcomes. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering results with one of world's leading asset managers.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Independently lead the delivery of large-scale, global programs and consulting engagements across business and technology domains.

  • Partner with senior leaders to assess needs, define solutions, and drive implementation.

  • Manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

  • Develop business cases, future state designs, and implementation roadmaps.

  • Provide expertise in areas such as business process optimization, change management, and digital transformation.

  • Create compelling, executive-ready deliverables and presentations.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Internal Consulting practice

Requirements of the Role:

  • 5 - 7 years of management consulting or internal transformation roles, ideally in financial services (asset management preferred).

  • Proven track record of delivering complex, high-stakes programs with both business and technology components.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at the senior executive level.

  • Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
