Warehouse Address: 25 Aero Dr NE, Calgary, AB T2E 8Z9, Canada

Shift Time:ย  Full-time, Mon-Fri, 5am to 1pm

Some of what you will do:ย ย 

Responsible for the integrity of the inventory data, including performing cycle/physical inventory counts as required. This includes quality assurance checks, audits, returns management, inventory accuracy, customer service, and the necessary follow-up and actions for correction of any errors or issues.ย  Performs work under the direction of warehouse supervisor or manager.ย 

Specifically, you will:ย 

  • Ensure that inventory counts are completed with accuracy and verify proper placement of products throughout warehouse.ย 

  • Monitor and adjust stock counts and product inventory while ensuring they are up to standard for sale.ย ย 

  • Work with other departments to ensure the quality of products are up to par and coordinate necessary returns.ย 

  • Research lost products.ย 

  • Operate an order selector, reach truck, forklift, or an electric pallet jack safely to move products into correct zones for stocking.ย 

  • Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.ย

Some of what you need:ย ย 

  • Six months to one year of related experience and/or training in inventory control is required.ย 

  • Warehouse management training would be an asset.ย 

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within time constraints in a fast-paced environment.ย ย ย 

  • Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack and cherry picker or ability to become certified in the operation of all warehouse equipment.ย ย ย 

Additional Information:ย 

Work requires moderate physical effort and use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity to perform the essential duties of this job:ย 

  • The employee will regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee may lift, lower, or carry products up to a maximum of 50 pounds by hand.ย ย 

  • The employee may operate warehouse equipment. Using proper safety procedures will eliminate any potential hazards.ย ย 

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.ย
