The Inventory Optimization team focuses on optimizing inventory distribution by analyzing data to ensure products reach the right locations in appropriate quantities and timing. This team collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to maximize sales and profitability. Members lead efforts in inventory control, profit and loss management, and data-driven decision-making. The team values continuous improvement, accountability, and effective communication to support business goals.
