Job description

We are looking for an inventory control and quality control inspector to join our team.

The Inventory Control & QC Inspector has a critical role within the Process Instruments manufacturing team. 

  • This role is expected to assist with all incoming receipts and inspection of materials.
  • Helps maintain accurate inventory records, assisting with regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies and collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy. 
  • Review and inspect all outgoing products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met. 
  • This is a high-volume role that requires significant multitasking and self-prioritization to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of orders to our customers.
  • Monthly revenue targets drive the direction and focus of the Operations Team. 
  • Maintains the QC System for all equipment calibrations

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems beneficial, Navision a plus
  • Self-starter, taking ownership of tasks, a hands-on approach, and a strong attention to detail

MOST CHALLENGING PART OF THE JOB:

  • Managing a large volume of requests and needs throughout the facility.
  • Workload balance at various times of the month
  • Accuracy of final inspection for outgoing Analyzers
