Job description

The Inventory Control Assoc I is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties including but not limited to; shipping and receiving, loading, and unloading products from trailer and moving it within the warehouse by carrying or lifting, as well as operating forklifts, stocking and storing warehouse inventory, and fulfilling transfer orders as necessary while ensuring accuracy and timelines of all job functions.
Job Duties:
  • Communicate with supervisor to determine production materials that will be needed for upcoming production requirements.
  • Complete RF Transactions to ensure tracking and regulatory compliance.
  • Operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trailers
  • Pick, stage and stock inventory using a powered lift truck while utilizing barcode scanning technology to execute transactions.
  • Maintains warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
  • Perform all duties and actions in a safe manner and continuously monitor areas to ensure that safety procedures are being followed.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year forklift operator experience
  • Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to use basic math skills
  • 2+ years of powered lift truck experience
  • 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to organize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to follow a schedule, as well as verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate comfortably and work with co-workers in a team environment
  • Functions and operates comfortably in a very active and fast-paced environment
