Job description

JOB SUMMARY

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, supplies, parts, and equipment
  • Stock, stage, and distribute materials using the warehouse inventory control system
  • Perform inventory walkdowns, cycle counts, and part sourcing activities
  • Document and scan all part checkouts to maintain traceability
  • Track and report shipment discrepancies
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas (picking up debris outside and inside the warehouse along with manual sweeping and operating a floor scrubber machine)
  • Support shipping, packaging, and scheduling of outbound materials
  • Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy, safety, and operational readiness

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

        One (1) or more years' Experience in a related field (Required)

        Forklift Operator Certification

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

        Responsible for receiving, stocking, distributing, and managing movement of materials, inventories levels, cycle counts, utilizing the warehouse inventory control system for all transactions, and maintaining the housekeeping of the warehouse.

        Performing parts kitting and inventory walkdown activities

        Documenting or scanning part checkout

        Receive shipments of materials, supplies, parts, equipment, rental equipment, and all other merchandise in to the warehouse

        Document and track shipment discrepancies
