Job description

Family Owned HVAC distribution company with a location in Searcy, AR seeking a Store Manager. The successful candidate will oversee daily store activities, manage inventory, coordinate procurement, and ensure exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inventory control activities, including receiving, stocking, transfers, cycle counts, returns, and warranty processing.
  • Manage omnichannel customer orders: walk-in, phone, text, email, e-commerce.
  • Manage efficient and timely customer delivery.
  • Partner with Territory Managers to grow sales and your customer base.
  • Work with home office departments including purchasing, inventory control, credit and collections, training, and hum resources.
  • Coach, train, and motivate your team to get to know customers and consistently provide great customer service.
  • Maintain an orderly and clean store with accurate inventory and appealing showroom.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, supply house management, or automotive parts management within an HVAC or dealership environment.
  • Experience of HVAC systems is required.
  • Background check required, no felonies
  • Knowledge of inventory control techniques including demand planning, logistics inventory management, shipping & receiving procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in purchasing and inventory processes.
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills across diverse audiences.


This is a temporary to permanent position; once the employee goes permanent employee benefits will go into effect. Below are the benefits offered:
