Position: Inventory Control Analyst
i-80 Gold Corp is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Inventory Control Analyst. The right individual is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory data, item master data management, inventory replenishment, cycle counting, inventory analysis, stock-out prevention, inventory reporting, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect i-80 Gold values.

Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and update item master records, including item numbers, descriptions, units of measure, commodity classifications, and inventory attributes.
  • Manage inventory stock levels using Min/Max settings, Reorder Points (ROP), and Reorder Quantities (ROQ).
  • Review inventory replenishment requirements and generate stock requisition requests to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliations.
  • Track and report stock-out events, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to improve material availability.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory locations within warehouses, laydown yards, and storage areas.
  • Identify obsolete, excess, slow-moving, and surplus inventory and provide recommendations for disposition, redistribution, or inventory reduction.
  • Generate and distribute inventory performance reports, including stock status, inventory accuracy, stock-outs, cycle count results, and inventory usage metrics.
  • Support inventory system enhancements, process improvements, and data cleanup initiatives.
  • Performs other related functions as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications
  • Three to five years of experience in inventory control, materials management, warehouse operations, or supply chain management preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, and reporting preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Mining Experience required.
  • Must comply with state and federal health and safety regulations, company policies and procedures and the company environmental compliance policy
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
